Conflict between investor and me.

08-Mar-2023 (In Corporate Law)
I recently raised funds for my startup. The startup is fairing well and generating orders. The investor is threatening me to fill an FIR, got me forcefully resigned from the company, was talking in foul language and is not providing the further funding? What are my rights here.

Query perused. I would advise you to kindly file a complaint before the concerned Police Station against the person for criminal intimidation under IPC since he is threatening you. You may also file a suit for mandatory injunction thereby restraining the said investor from the interfering and providing hurdles in exercising your lawful business. Dear Client
It depends on whether you made any written contract with the investor regarding amount of funding which he promised to give and other terms of agreement. If yes you can get a legal notice sent to him through an advocate based on those terms. If not, then we would need to discuss in details other facts of the matter and figure out a strategy. feel free to contact for more discussion on this aspect.
