Company is not giving gratuity

i had worked in bhushan steel limited in odissa for about 6 years after that i resinged and joined in govt firm can i get my gratuity?
Yes you have right to get gratuity as per law. You are required to submit your claim to the company if the company do not respond you can file an application before the competent authority of your residence

Yes you can get gratuity. Gratuity as held by the Chattisgarh High Court, that it is a constitutional right under Article 300-A of a the Constitution and it cannot be denied to anybody. You are very well entitled to claim gratuity once you have completed 5 years if servic.
