Can we sale branded clothing ( Surplus stock ) product legally

I have purchased branded clothing product from one vendor I do have brand name mention bill so can sale those products legally in Mumbai at road side clothing stall

No, you cannot sell Branded Products at the Roadside on Stall at Cheaper Rates without seeking the permission of such Brand, as if you start selling products of such Brand at Cheaper rates, it will hit their business, revenues and profit margin, which will compel such Brand to file a case upon you for seeking compensation and Injunction against you from selling their branded products.
