We are in the field since 1980's and we have a trading firm which we operate through our own registered brands.. We are now appointing distributors in various areas and i want to know what shall be the legal agreement terms and conditions and what essential documents are required for such and what to state in Rs.20 government paper and how to excute it & since we are not a company or pvt ltd..how can it be done

20. Confidentiality
21. Breach of Terms & Conditions
