I want to have one year agreement with my Material supplier in india.Is signing the agreement on company letter head with agreed terms and conditions regarding timely matetial supply,pricing and payment modes is valid in INDIA.Kindly suggest.

The agreement has to be properly executed on a stamp paper with proper terms

Yes that’s valid but that’s alone should not be your concern because we have seen in past that clients do not proof read agreements and tempt to sign it and then later on in case of dispute they face difficulties because it is binding on you. So proof read it and execute it in a right manner.
