a company promised me for travel allowances to attend interview

hi, I am Muzammil Shaikh, some days back a company shortlisted me and called for an interview on the urgent requirement, I demanded travel allowances as it was to travel from Hyderabad to Pune. the company accepted my demand in writing. now they have not selected me and neither paid promised reimbursement even after so many calls and requests. Can we take any legal action on this attitude?

Hi definitely you can take a legal action against the company. You can send them a legal notice or also filed a police complaint against the company the employee who approached you and all the directors of the company and submit the same to the police station with all the supporting emails text messages and documents what you have along with the proof of interview.

Yes, You can take a legal action against them, if you have got the written proof with you or an audio-recorded clip. You should do it, as it is the duty of Individuals like you to raise the voice against injustice.
