He can claim an international copyright and /or trademark if he has registered the same. And the courts of Delhi will have jurisdiction on it. On IP Address itself he can find out the computer owner and the location of that place from where the IP address has been generated.

He can certainly hire a lawyer who can file a police complaint and find out your details. Once that is done, he can also certainly sue you for infringement. Question is whether he will take this trouble or not. He may also ask you for compensation and Delhi courts sometimes do end up awarding damages.
