Can I use a Sanskrit Sloka for advertisement of health wellness portal

I want to use a sanskrit sloka for advertisement purpose of Value added service portal which will encompass the discounts being offered on various health related points like- consultation, diagnostic test, pharmacy, yoga and gym classes etc. So can i use this sloka for advertisement purpose before any legal processes or i need to do some legal proceedings to use it?

Usage of Sanskrit slok wont infringe any intellectual property rights of any party. You can very well use it.

Yes u can use this sloka from Sanskrit literature for your advertisement as no copuright has been awarded to any one over the sanskrit litrature and its slokha's and if u find suitable you can apply for a trademark for the said slokha and if the official deems would grant you a trademark for the same.

You can use it for the above mentioned purpose. Just check before hand about the slogan that you are about to use is unique and not used by any other competetor in order to avoid further disputes arising out of the usage.
