Will a broker be liable if company is not giving money to client

I m a financial advisor since last 18 yrs. and agent of insurance, mutual fund & deposit sector. If any my client invest in any co. on my advice but after some time this co. not giving the services and refund the money or maturity to the customer and he is claiming to me for that but i didnot know about the future and i am suffering a lot because client want the refund and co. are not giving them then what should i do? even i put lot of action against the co. for get the relief the client but the client is stand against me and want to harm me. How can i protect myself and i never want to any bad intention for my client but what should i do about those client they blaimed to me for this problem. This is my carrier and whole time my breed and butter and but now the situation is v much critical. Pl help me.

As you said you were an agent of the company, in this you are co-extensively liable for all the acts and conducts of the company. But if we talk about your self sake, you first file a complaint to the S.P. of your district against those who are intended to harm you, mentioning the whole story. Moreover send a notice to the company asking them to solve the matter asap. You can also file a complaint under various sections against the company for the fraud they had done upon you and your customers.
