What to do if the college has done fraud with me

I m a student of Medical College.Took admission for Post graduation paying 6 lakhs fees annually. College has no basic facilities for the stduents like drinking water, rest rooms fornduty PGs, It has harassed me in various ways like collecting fine without proper reasons and also suspended me illegally for 6 months which later got revoked after I approached university. The college has taken our stipend money by illegal ways around 13 lakhs. I have evidence for all the accusations above . Now I have completed the course and want to sue the College management for the physical and mental torture i suffered for 3 years. what options do I Have? ..the college is also involved in fraudulent practices to get more MBBS and Pg seats cheating MCI. I have evidence for everything. Since I myself am living evidence, I want proper justice and protection as it involves 100 s of crore fraud i may be in trouble.
It is very unfortunate that you were subject to this sort of harassment by your medical college. The college is a service provider and you are a consumer and any deficiency in service by the former can be taken up in court of law. You could also initiate other legal action against them for their illegal and unethical acts. However I would be able to give you precise legal opinion on this only after a detailed discussion.
