I want to know about evidence by the way if affidavit which requires to submit in consumer court in response to my complaint, I want following information
1. What is the evidence of my complaint, Can I personally submit the evidence or require a lawyer for same
2. What is the format of evidence by the way of affidavit
Hi , evidence by way of affidavit is a part of proceedings, in which you will address the court about the evidences regiarding your matter. if you wany to hire lawyer so you can, otherwise you can file it by yourself. but you have no i idea how to draft it, so you have to consult with lawyer for drafting your evidence.
