The resolution largely depends on the terms and conditions set by the seller. If you can provide more details about your situation, I can guide you better. However, if your consumer rights have been violated, you have the option to file a consumer complaint under the Consumer Protection Act. This will allow you to seek appropriate redressal, such as a refund, replacement, or compensation for any losses you may have incurred. It’s important to gather all relevant documents, such as invoices, communication records, and the seller's terms, to strengthen your case.
