Travel agency bad services and irresponsible behaviour

Can I ask for refund and compensation as I suffered mentally because of their poor services and they didn't fulfilled their itinerary as promised without any valid reason.

As per the scheme of consumer law you can certainly ask for compensation From the service provider. You will have to file this case for deficiency of service in which you can ask for compensation on account of mental agony suffered by you. Who are also free to ask for refund along with interest in your case for deficiency of service. You can file this case in the consumer forum of the city in which the defendant is residing or in which you are residing or in which the defendant has his place of business or works for gain or in the city where the transaction took place.
