Sirona company refuses to refund money

On my journey from Delhi airport I tried to purchase a product from personal hygiene company’s vending machine at the airport terminal food court. Even though money was deducted I received no product. I tried multiple attempts to get a refund from customer care but with no success since last 4 months. Is this something I can sue them for ?
