Shopkeeper lost Specks in may and didn't gave till now
10-Feb-2024 (In Consumer Court Law)
In may 2023 I gave my specks to a shopkeeper to replace it's temples and when my father asked him to give frame he said it's not fixed, it will take time and now its feb 2024 he is saying he don't know about that frame. I think he lost my specks which was so special for me and lucky. Please help me
In the scenario mentioned by you , it amounts to the deficiency in service and careless behaviour. you can file for damages and mental agony in the consumer court. Alternatively, you can sue the shopkeeper for breach of contract and claim your damages as remedy in civil court.
