Servify India cheated in repairing my smart phone

Its a BIG FRAUD that happened with Servify. I have sent my mobile to the service center for a ghost touch problem and they charged me 60% of mobile cost. I thought the service would be great from Servify and so I have paid the amount. They didn't keep up the promise of replacing the display with new ones but replaced only the digitizer (which costs not even the 10% of the charged amount) and that too with an improper fittings, due to which I clearly understood the fraud that happened and the same is asked after sending my mobile back. Now they are bluffing me that they replaced with a new display which actually they didn't. What can I do now? What all are the things I should be prepared for in order to get the justice? Do I get a compensation for the grief? I am totally disappointed and I at least need my money back.

Cases at the district forum usually are decided within 6 months to 1 year.
In order to effectively fight your cases, photos of the phone before and after repair, receipts and if possible another expert report stating that faulty repair has been done is necessary.
