Seller not replacing the defective product what can I do

I brought local brand product. and now he is not repairing or not giving replacement of defective part after a month. and i am not getting that option in consumer forum to log a complaint.

You can give notice to the vendor giving details of purchase and you grievances and if he still fails to give service you can approach the consumer forum with your complain t and claims. You can file written complaint.
