Hi , Please let me know if i can file a case and get full refund of my mount or replacement of bike.
Details: i have purchased the bike in july 2019, since staring i am facing annoying problem.
my bike goes off when speed goes over 85, for that i have visited service center 5,6 times and even raised the complaint to company but issue is still the same.
it is security concern as bike goes whenever i an riding on highway, i could be hit by another moving vehicle.

in that case you can first send legal notice to the dealership from where you made this purchase and then to the service station asking them for the detailed report on this issue. if it's the manufacturing defect then will get this replaced or corrected by the manufacturer itself and the other option is insurance.
