I bought air ticket from madurai to Chennai for 10th July from a travel agent and paid Rs4000.00 . I am asking for the break up charges amounting to 4000. He is not responding to my query
If you hold a receipt for the total amount, then you have a case. However, this particular consumer complaint will not hold against the airline, but will be against the travel agent for rendition of accounts,

Hello,
Send him a letter by means of registered post clearly specifying that you want the details for the breakup of the charges. If he does not agree to send it them you should file a case in the consumer court.
