Refund of tution fees from a private academy of government exams prepa

I am a student. I joined a academy and paid them fees.but because of certain circumstances..i didnt continue the classes..i attended only two days of classes..so i went to the director of academy for refund of fees..but he said no to me...as he said that it is written on receipt that ' Fees once paid Non refundable'.. so sir/madam please suggest me a solution reagarding this...thanking you!
