Refund of amount from Australian migration agency

15-Apr-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I have a written agreement with World Visa consultants - I had signed up with them for migration to Australia. It says that if for any reason I am unable to go through with the migration that they would refund to me the fees charged except for 9000 which they will keep back as retainer fees. They have not helped me to migrate in 3 years and I am past the age limit, but they are refusing to give me back the amount. I had paid INR 50000 to them. What legal recourse do i have?

1. I suggest you to issue legal notice for the refund before you initiate case against them with consumer court.

2. Share the contract along with evidences that involved till date with the consultant along with any of the lawyer to proceed to file case.
