refund denied by skin hair clinic

I had visited a Skin hair clinic for hair treatment and prepaid a large sum for a 10 session hair treatment though credit card. The attendant did not present or explain any terms and conditions and I haven't signed any terms or contract paper..Immediately within 24 hrs I asked clinic to cancel my treatment and provide refund, sent email , visited store in person asking for refund ..attendant says they have no refund policy , they wont respond not in person or by email ,what are my options Please note no treatment sessions were even scheduled..what are my options now?

Dear Client. A service provider can't withheld the service charges paid by the customer for the services which was not provided to her even if it is absent in their business policy that amounts unfair trade practices as defined under CPA. So, in the given scenario. serving a strong legal notice to the service provider, file a complaint against them over deficiency in service and unfair trade practices before the concerned DCDRC claiming refund of money with interest and compensation for harassment online following the guidelines as provided in e-jagriti platform. If required, seek assistance from an expert professional to navigate the matter effectively.

before delving into deep, few things are to be ascertained. what about you have paid and what was the amount fixed for entire procedure. why you have decided to cancel the treatment. what email you have sent is also needed to advise you properly.
