ration shop is selling goods in black

Respected Sir/Mam. whenever I went to my ration shop after 3 days of month starting I won't get any stock expect sugar and they selling in black. so, please Sir/Mam help me . how to face this issues by law.because many of senior citizens, illiterate,BPL people suffering for not availability of stocks and depends on government ration shop only. thanking you...!

Please approach the Civil Supplies department if you are too sure that the ration shopkeeper is selling the stocks outside illegally then you can also give a complaint to the vigilance department. As this is a subsidy, given by the Government the complaints are to be taken to the Government authorities.

You can make a complaint with the Fod cell within yor jurisdiction.

Alternately you can lodge a complaint with the Taluk Supply officer or even district supply officer or even collector.

If you have the details of the items being sold in the black market you may arrange to catch them red handed

Gather like minded people or innocent and poor victims to your side and can give a joint complaint against the fair price distributor or the shop salesman.

it is better to escalate the same to civil supplies corporation, they will do the needful to control this menace. Draft a letter with the help of your local councillor, to the concerned department the rest they will take care.
