Product faluty and no resolution by costomer care

I purchased new oppo reno 11 mobile and i realised that after click any person photo that person face shape change . Oppo care say me after update complete this but not resolved. New camera installation by oppo but no benifits. And problem same it is . They have no solution now . Wo log ne bola muze ki aap bolo ge wo hum change kr ke denge . Mene bola mobile replacement krva do to bola wo nahi hoga sirf parts change kr ke denge

You have an option to send formal written statement and Legal Notice to the manufacturing concern. If they fail to provide replacement for the faulty product, you may file legal complaint against them. you have an option to ask for compensation and full invoice value refund against the faulty device.
