private college asking for full course fee on withdrawal from course

This is my first semester of college and I want to withdraw from this course as I am not interested in pursuing it as my career. I asked the college authority to allow me to withdraw and return my original TC and Migration certificate but they are asking for full course fee stating that their seat would be vacant if I withdraw and its a private institute so its their loss. I am not capable of depositing the whole course fees as I have to take admission in another college next year. please help me.
hello give a notice of local advocate to the authorities have your coaching class they are found give you back yo and detective deduct the fees if you have deposit in father and return fees period you will get the justice ok if you are from Jabalpur then I will assistant ur fat
