Photos given for framing 2 years back still not returned by them

I had given few scenic photos that I had got from England to a shop for framing on Oct 2016 till date the guy has not returned it and he is not available... his dad also says I don't know where he is although both of them work in the same place
Please send a legal notice to the firm asking them to return the photos and claim for damages and compensation.
If they don't respond to the notice, you can file a suit for deficiency of services. Hope this clarifies your query
