Booked flat in Sept 2023, told parking would be first‑come and transparent. Got puzzle parking, no demo, my car doesn’t fit. Later buyers got ground‑level slots. Builder gave me temporary ground‑level, but after society formation I had to vacate. MahaRERA dismissed my case (Aug 2026). Issue: misrepresentation & unfair allotment. Objective: need ground‑level parking.
