Oyo didn't provide service and automatically cancel my prepaid booking

I have booked an hotal and prepaid all amount ...than hotal didn't give me room and said that they do not give room to pre paid costumer ...then i call oyo they held your call more then half hour and they automatically transfer my booking to other hotal and then they automatically cancel it...They they call back and said that thair ground team is coming in 2 over ..but they never showed

you can file case in consumer forum and you can get your all amount back and compansation also. please share your invoice detail and other expenses you have beared.
it would be good if to send a legal notice for the same at priority.
