Tried booking tickets from online ticketing site but tickets were not booked and amount was deducted from the account and now company has stop responding my calls oremails
Issue a legal notice to the concerned department of the Company and if you don't receive any reply from the company you can lodge a consumer complaint before the jurisdictional Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum for claim of your amount with interest.
Please keep a copy of invoice with you.
