Online platform having discrepancy in the bills provided no help given

A company gave me booking vouchers when you book a hotel without service tax no or TIN number. I hav been asking them since 20 days to get me proper bills for the hotels I have booked, escalated the matter 2 times still no response. 2. Another company - there was some discrepancy in the bill they sent me, I asked for an updated bill, that are also not replying.

dear sir,

you can send them a legal notice to begin with showing deficiency of service on their part asking them to give you the exact bill and other details what you want. Kindly make sure that the legal notice is sent through a lawyer.
