Not received money back amount by LIC

Took money back plan from LIC. Which gives 15% of sum assured amount every fifth year. But LIC has not given this amount on fifth year of the policy term.So ideally i should have got this amount of Rs.26000 in year 2021. 1.What to do? 2. can i also demand compensation ? Please suggest

as per your complaint seems that you have taken money back policy which assure you to get lump sum up amount of every five year but the same has not received by you till writing of this complain. you have contact your local LIC agent, he will explain you what is the matter and causes not receiving from some amount local LIC branch along with your LIC bond and ask them they will answer you properly . you may call me but your all action must be in writing. regards
