NestAway company has taken my house for rent and they are not paying rent + they have messed up the

1) No One picks the phone 2) No Rent is paid for last 4 months 3) Promise to wave off the service fees for 3 months as you and your company have not done anything to fill any bed in my house ( by the way --this is pre-covid scenario) 4) No response on emails? 5) Offboarded my house with out my knowledge 6) Tenants are left on the road with out compensation - they are torturing me calling every day 7) Biggest surprise - All the tenants have left and i was told that the house was left open with all the fans and lights running for 1 week. Fortunately, apartment security found it and he told me. You guys have changed the lock with out my knowledge and left the door open and never even bothered to inform me. WOuld you leave your house like this?? My House is in a shoddy situation and it is messed up, who will give the house back to me in the same condition? Where is the final settlement document?
