Needs to File a Complain in Consumer Court

I had given my House interior work to Home Town. They had promised me to complete all the work in 3 months. The did some works here and there, but not as per my design. When I spoke to them, they said it'll be changed. Now, more than 5 months completed, but they have not completed my work. When I complained in National Consumer Helpline, they gave me the work completion details with dates. However, they have not started the work as per the given dates. Also, I found the materials they used for interior is not as per agreement. They have to use Marine Plywood for Vanity box, but I think they used some other plywood because I am getting bubbles in plywood. I want to go to Consumer Court to ask for refund that I already paid to Home Town. I have paid 6 L. Is it possible? What is the probability to get the money refund?
