My Lawyer Is Acting Suspicious

A company cheated me. I could not find solution in jago grahak jago online so i found a lawyer online. My compensation amount is more than 1 crore rs. Everything was going well. He gave me a draft of legal notice to check if everything is alright. I pointed out some mistakes and told him to correct. But then suddenly he called me today and he started Saying something that scared me. I never talked with him on phone before. Every discussion happened on cheat. Today he called and he said "so you want to file case, do you know the consequenses and he started laughing. His voice sounded scary and creepy almost like a brutal criminal. I dont know what was the reason behind him saying he that way and laughing my he seem suspicious. I paid him 15000rs for the case. If he is a cheat how do i get the money back? I do not have the guts to even listen to his voice. He sounded like a criminal.
