Mobile company not repairing phone under warranty

I have purchased a new mobile from MI at 2nd June 2016, phone has been submitted to customer service on 2nd July 2016 for repairing but till now phone has not yet received. Many times I have visited service centre but no response. I already log a complaint on 26th July 2016 to customer care and follow this case 3 times but still no response. So, what should I do?

give them a consumer notice and if they will not revert on your notice then file a complaint in consumer court and seek what ever you want.

Most of these companies are behaving like this and harassing customers. The only way to resolve this problem is to file a case in consumer court. People do not resort to filing case in consumer court thinking that the cost of litigation at times may be more than the cost of the instrument itself but if you file a case in consumer court you can claim the cost of litigation as well from the company. So, please do not hesitate, send them a legal notice through a lawyer and if they do not provide you the service file a case in consumer court.

You must approach the Consumer Court and make out a case for deficiency in service and ask for immediate repair and compensation for the harassment and inconvenience caused to you along with litigation expenses. You could even ask for replacement of the product if they cannot repair it or a total refund of your money.
