Mis-selling IndusInd Credit Card by Bank Bazaar

BankBazaar.com (3rdparty sales agency/app based platform) approached me 2 months back telling me tht based in my 'excellent' profile & credit score, Im eligible for IndusInd Pre Approved Credit Card. When asked what is meaning of pre-approved, the agent from BankBazaar mentioned that no documentations, no physical verification, no credit check, all contactless, card delivery in 7-10 days. Now the card application got rejected, affecting my CIBIL hence BB should be responsible for wrongful sales.
If you really feel that you have been victimized by the said company then you can proceed against them as per law.
You can send them a legal notice averting your contentions through an advocate.
Then let them reply and it will gonna decide further course of action.
