LG denying to replace defective product delivered what action?

Lg has denied replacement of a defective product delivered to me It has been months im trying to talk to them and they were ignoring me because i wanted replacement then one day they told me mam we repair first still there is problem then we replace i agreed and they promised replacement after repair if still there was problem with the machine and there still is but they say no there is not when anybody can clearly see there is. I have all call and video recordings.

You can send a legal notice to the concerned department of LG. If there is no reply from the company then you can file a consumer case in district consumer court of your locality.
