Jio not giving good service and stopping services without any reason

Sir, I am a Jio prime Customer.I recharged with 599 which says you can make unlimited call (Jio terms and conditions says you can make unlimited call except commercial us.).But i only make 6-7 hours daily from their unlimited call offer. But one months ago i get a message from jio which says that your are making abnormally high numbers of calls,stop misuse of our services then i called jio customer care and ask them about this they says "as we see you are not misusing our services" i told them that i spent 6-7 hours per day on call is this misuse , should i stop it? They says "no keep it up.it must be system error". But few days after that call my calling facility was stopped and they told me if you want to continue your service you have to recharge again. I didn't get it why they do this to me?? I was not disrespected their terms and conditions..and also when i asked them about this then they don't stop me.i have recording of conversation with jio. i want to sue them.what to do?

Dear Client,
This is absolutely an unprofessional behaviour shown by jio with its customer. You can file a complain petition under section 12 of consumer protection act before the District Consumer Forum for harrassment caused to you by way of such kind of unprofessional behaviour.
