Is IndiGo’s ₹350/kg Baggage Compensation Policy Legally Enforceable Un

IndiGo damaged my checked-in baggage and is offering ₹4,550 based on an internal ₹350/kg policy. I cited the Carriage by Air Act, MoCA Passenger Charter, and Montreal Convention, which cap liability per passenger, not per kg. They ignore these laws and send templated replies. Can this policy override statutory rights? What legal remedy do I have?
You can first send a legal notice mentioning the worth of your belongings in details which has been damaged by Indigo during transport, then again claim compensation upon that and mental agony prospective. Then after 45 days of such notice is no action is taken by indigo, you can file a consumer case against Indigo and get compensation and relied towards your mental agony
