Interior Work delayed and Unprofessional

Given our home interior work to one of the interior company and he has taken 80% of the money but he delayed the work and he is very unprofessional and rude talking
hi if he is delaying rhe work then you could send him legal notice asking him to complete the work as per schedule and that if he is not listening then you could file complaint in consumer forum seeking damages and compensation
