IGNOU refused to accept off campus degree of Punjab University

Dear Sir/Madam IGNOU refused to give admission to Punjab Technical University Distance courses passout students admission who obtained degree from its off campus centre means from outside the university state.Fact is that erstwhile DEC(Distance education Council) had permitted PTU to offer courses outside Punjab during 2010-8th june 2012 and we admitted in 2011,but IGNOU refuses to accept this,and saying off campus degree not accepted,otherside many PTU off campus passout students already admitted under IGNOU till 2012/2013 but from 2014 they started doing drama,University lodged the co
File Writ Petition in High Court for direction to the central Ministry of Education and Human Resources to party added as respondent IGNOU,UGC and Punjab Technical University. Or lodge a complaint against the IGNOU to the Central Ministry of Education.
