I want to file case on Oyo hotels. I paid them in advance but when I reached at hotel they said there is no booking for me and they didn't arrange any thing for me . I was gone for railway exam

hi, pls go through your booking details and see if there is any clause which talks about the cancellation of booking at the 11th hour without any kind of prior intimation of the customer. before filing a case, you should send a legal notice asking to compensate you for the mental harassment and psychological duress caused due to the erroneous behaviour on the part of OYO.
