I want to file case in Consumer Court against Samsung. Please help me


14-Mar-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I have Samsung S7 Tab and It have some defects. I visited to service center but they didn't help me. I called to Samsung but they also denied for any kind of help. I have sent legal notice to them but still they are saying that do whatever you want to. Now I want to file case against them. Please tell me about the procedure.

You need to file a consumer complaint before the concerned consumer commision having jurisdiction over the matter. Take a help of a lawyer since drafting is a bit technical. You can seek refund of the amount in case there is a manufacturing defect or replacement and damages
