Hi, I have a small scale business and I provided some material to a company and our payment terms were set for 30 days and it’s have been 2 years but he is not giving my payment. What is the corse of action I should take to revive my payment?

I hope your invoices provided for interest in case of delays and if so I hope you have raised debits notes on him for delayed payments if not you would have to raise them. Thereafter you have to issue a demand notice to him and then if it still remains unpaid then in that case file a summary suit or if the claim is more than 1 crore and the person is a private limited company then you can approach nclt
