I got a new mobile number but it's not exactly new

15-Feb-2025 (In Consumer Court Law)
About a month ago i got a new sim So after a while i started getting weird otp from gambling sites or social media. When I finally checked why I am getting them, it turned out that the number used to belong to someone else. Companies deactivate the mobile numbers and reassign them to someone else so that's how I got it? But now I can access their social media if I use mobile number to login. Can I sue network carrier for negligence? DO NOT CALL OR USE MOBILE NUMBER TO REPLY
