I bought a realme buds T310 and not work properly

I bought a realme T310 buds but its not work properly,and same model have my friend but its working properly. I write to realme and visit service centre and file complaint at national consumer Portal but no one help me Also company doesn't show buds support 30 db but he write 46db hybrid noice cancellation but buds doesn't have it
