I am a seller on an online marketplace and I have many complaints regarding it, for example, in case of a customer return where customer returned the product as duplicate of original and also in the damaged condition, in this case they have not refunded me the commission fees and other marketplace fees making an excuse that in case of customer returns their policy does not allow them to refund the seller marketplace fees. I told them in case of customer return returned because of my fault, I am not eligible for the refund of any marketplace fees but here the customer did fraud to me, so it was their responsibility to refund me the whole marketplace fees As I am the consumer of the services of online marketplace as I sell through their platform by paying them marketplace fees, I want to ask that this case falls under the consumer court na?
