How to recover payments given to a registered company

I have a agency .I supplied  material to  a  reg. company  in month of Jan. 17 - Feb 17.Till the month  of supply company did not give any payment to  me. I have  a original  bill copy  with  companies sign and stamps as well  as I have  phone  records and  msgs. Now he  refusing  or avoiding us to  pay my paymnet.How to recover the payment?

You can recover the money if you have any proof of receipt of material by way of Bill, Invoice, stock transfer and order made to purchase from you. Any proof of emails phone records etc as follow up made by you to recover the money. You are advised to engage a good Lawyer for it.

You can file a summary suit against company on basis of your invoice,
Therefore you have to pay court fees as per court fees act.
Summary suit is easiest way to recover money on business transaction.
