However, please be informed that Banks cannot reverse a completed transaction without the consent of recipient or a Court's order. So, apart from reporting the wrong transaction to concerned bank seeking RBI's zero-liability protection if reported within three days of wrong transaction, you can escalate your complaint before the Cyber authority if it is a fraud transaction or else before the concerned Banking Ombudsman failing which complaint may be filed before the jurisdictional Court of Magistrate seeking appropriate relief.
