how to file consumer case for bad service for video conference hearing

i like to file a case under consumer court at bengalore , Please let me know if possible to fight it thru video conference (remotely) than physically going to court ? (to avoid travel costs, travel time)

A consumer case can possibly be fought by an advocate. But if you want to fight by yourself then you have to request to the judge for such hearings and make some arrangements regarding that. Because our consumer forums are not yet fully digitally capable of such hearings. We can request the judge for sure.
